We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom-embroidered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
2. Are custom-embroidered items eligible for return or exchange?
No, custom-embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Can I return or exchange items purchased from other retailers?
We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from fairwayandgreene.com. Items bought from third-party vendors or other retailers are not eligible.

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping fees apply.

If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item for a refund of the purchase price plus tax and related delivery charges.
